Custom Fabrication & Trade Work

Welding, fabrication, finishing, woodworking, and audio builds are quoted per job. The quote lists the work, the price, and any deposit, and is good for 30 days.

• Deposits cover materials. Once materials are ordered or work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Changes to the agreed design after work starts may change the price. I'll tell you the new price before doing the extra work.
• Workmanship. If something I built fails because of my workmanship, tell me within 30 days of pickup or delivery and I'll repair it at no charge. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications made by someone else.
• Custom-built items are made to your specifications and can't be returned for a refund.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless the invoice says otherwise. I accept cash, check, and card or bank payment through the secure online link on the invoice. Online payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card number.

Finished custom work is released once the invoice is paid in full.

Store Returns & Refunds

Ready-made physical items from the store can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition.

• Email me before sending anything back so I can confirm the return address.
• You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. In those cases I cover it.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back here. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Items made or modified to order are final sale.

Digital Products

Digital files are available to download as soon as checkout finishes, from the confirmation page, so they can't be returned. If a file won't open, is missing, or isn't what the listing described, email me within 14 days and I'll send a working file or refund you in full.

Shipping

Physical items ship within the United States only, to the address you enter at checkout, usually within 5 business days. The shipping charge is listed on each product page and added at checkout. Made-to-order items take longer, and the product listing or I will tell you how long. If an order arrives damaged, email photos within 7 days of delivery and I'll replace or refund it.

Software & Pine Script Work

Development work is agreed in writing before it starts: what will be built, the price, and what counts as done. If the delivered work doesn't match that agreement, I'll fix it at no charge.

Indicators, strategies, and trading tools are software, not financial advice. Backtests and live results don't guarantee future performance, and you're responsible for your own trading decisions.

Privacy

What I collect. Only what's needed to do the work and get paid: your name, email, phone number, and billing or shipping address when you place an order, receive a quote or invoice, or email me. Store orders keep your email and shipping address on file so the order can be filled.

Payment details. Card and bank payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card or account number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches me or this website. See Stripe's privacy policy.

How it's used. To fill orders, ship items, send quotes, invoices and receipts, answer your questions, and keep the records tax law requires. No marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who it's shared with. Stripe, to process payments, and the shipping carrier, to deliver your order. Otherwise only when the law requires it. Your information is never sold or rented.

Cookies and tracking. This site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Portfolio pages with embedded YouTube videos load them from YouTube, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Like any website, the server and its network provider (Cloudflare) keep standard access logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

Security. The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, order records are kept in a private database that only I can access, and payment data never touches it.

Your choices. Email me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Records tied to a sale may need to be kept for tax purposes, but they won't be used for anything else.
